PREFACE
The objectives of the course are to provide prompt pre hospital care treatment, addressing the related issues and challenges that arise and acknowledging the disaster management among the participants especially in the East Coast territory.

The emergency services including pre-hospital care in Malaysia has come a long way and is fast growing and expanding. During this course, we will gather esteemed effendis, experienced presenters from all over the country to share their knowledge and wisdom.

The emergency care at pre hospital level is tailored to the patient and is determined by trained personnel who receives the call and dispatches appropriate air and ground emergency transport and other emergency responders to triage, treat, and transport the patient to the appropriate health care facility, where definitive care is ultimately provided.

Pre-hospital care services in Malaysia are vital to allow the RIGHT patient to be transported to the RIGHT place of care within the RIGHT time frame via the RIGHT mode of transportation by the RIGHT personnel. The 5R of pre hospital care.
