She has been the Senior Consultant in Anaesthesia and Trauma and Head, Emergency and Trauma Centre, Hospital Sungai Buloh since 2006.
She is the Chairman of CPR and Resuscitation Committee and the Coordinator of Disaster Committee for Hospital Sungai Buloh since 2006.
Member of National Patient Sicety Council, Board member of Asian Society for Emergency Medicine (ASEM) since 2000, Steering Committee for Pan Asia Trauma Outcome Study since 2013.
She is one of the Founding member of Malaysian Society for Traumatology and Emergency Medicine (MASTEM) in 1995 and now was appointed as the Vice President since 2008.
Currently, the President of Malaysian Society for Care of Trauma (MASCOT) since 2015.

From 2007 he was appointed as the Trainer in CBRN Canadian programe for the first responder in Malaysia
He is also the Pre hospital care ambulance service coordinator and consultant in Disaster medicine for Ministry of Health. He trains the Malaysian Royal police force, Th SEARCCT Foreign Ministry as well Malaysian Red crescent in the field of Emergency and disaster medicine
